We collect information you provide, including contact details, company information, demo requests, account information, and operational records entered into Aggregate Manager. Authentication providers may also provide basic identity information needed to sign you in.
How we use information
We use information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service; configure customer workspaces; respond to inquiries; support users; and communicate about requested services. We do not sell personal information.
Customer operational data
Customers control the operational data they enter. We process that data to provide the service and restrict access according to account permissions. Customers are responsible for deciding what information their authorized users may enter.
Service providers
We may use hosting, authentication, analytics, communications, and support providers to operate the service. They may process information only as needed to provide those services or comply with law.
Retention and security
We retain information while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and contractual requirements. Organization administrators may manage business records and user access within their account.
Children
Aggregate Manager is a business service and is not directed to children under 13.
