Using the service
You may use Aggregate Manager only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with your agreed plan. You are responsible for authorized users, account credentials, entered data, and activity under your organization’s account.
Customer data
You retain ownership of the business and operational data you submit. You grant Aggregate Manager the limited right to process that data as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
Safety and compliance
Aggregate Manager is an operational recordkeeping tool. It is not a substitute for required inspections, competent-person review, training, legal advice, engineering judgment, company procedures, or compliance with MSHA, OSHA, or other applicable requirements. Your organization remains responsible for workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful material, or use it to violate another person’s rights.
Subscriptions and customization
Pricing, selected modules, implementation services, payment terms, and cancellation terms will be described in the customer’s proposal or order agreement. Customer-specific work outside that scope may require an additional agreement.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Features may change as the service improves, provided agreed customer obligations remain governed by the applicable order agreement.
Intellectual property
Aggregate Manager and its software, design, branding, and documentation remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or grant rights beyond its authorized use.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without implied warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement. Aggregate Manager is not liable for decisions made solely from entered records, incomplete information, unavailable service, or failure to follow required safety and compliance procedures. Any additional limitations will be stated in the applicable customer agreement.
Termination and contact
Access may be suspended or terminated for material misuse, nonpayment, security risk, or breach of an applicable agreement. Questions may be sent to contact@aggregatemanager.com.
